Welcome to Sciortino's Harbor Lights restaurant in South Amboy, New Jersey. Sciortino's serves up New Jersey's finest Italian fare with exciting dishes and unique ambiance. At Sciortino's, every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients.

Sciortino's is owned and operated by the fourth generation of the Sciortino family. One of the country's first ten pizzerias, and second in the State of New Jersey, Sciortino's was founded by Paolo and Francis Sciortino in the 1930s. We make our pizzas utilizing a distinctive two-step baking process, the same method passed down for four generations over the past ninety-plus years. All of our pizzas are first smashed on an iron tray- not tossed, and par baked prior to toppings be added and finished off directly on our aged brick ovens. The result of the double baking process is a crispy almost charred pizza crust, dusted with our signature freshly grated pecorino Romano cheese and a touch of oregano. Come try one of appetizers, salads, pasta dishes or our authentic brick oven pizzas utilizing dough made fresh daily with only the finest ingredients, California tomatoes, Wisconsin mozzarella, Pecorino Romano cheese or even our homemade meatballs or chopped sausage.
